How do you get your dish tv to stop showing all hd channels and show the regular ones too?

I have a dish network tv and my sister set it for the guide to show only hd channels, but I want the non-hd ones too. Anyone know how to fix it?? Please answer soon|||Open up the guide...then press guide again until it shows all the channels.
