How do you get your deleted history back from your dish network tv?

URGENT QUESTION!!!!! Is the only way to get it back is if you ask to see it, or when you don't want dish anymore, they show it to you? If your having a problem with dish tv, will they show it to you?|||Hire a lawyer and sue 'em.
