What is the difference between signal intensity and signal strength in case of signals from tv dish?

signals received from tv dish are measured on the scale of 100,by the receiver.|||Should be the same thing. The 0 - 100 meter is an arbitrary scale that really doesn't show you much other than the peak when you have the dish pointed correctly. Real meters would be calibrated in dBm.|||I think strength is how much is being received and intensity is either how much is being sent, or something else.
