How we can see Free To Air channels on Dish TV if we do not recharge the package after its validity is over?

I want to purchase new Dish TV connection. I am interested to see only FTA channels on this and I want to recharge the package only in holiday i.e. in month of May. Is it possible?|||Go on their website and contact them. This is the easiest way.
