Living in an apartment, no other access other than north east, north or north west. Dish TV operator wants south east..|||If you cant find a spot to mount the dish in the correct direction then you are pretty much screwed unless you are allowed to erect a small pole near your apartment that will offer the direction needed for the installation. You would also need to take into consideration that you are going to need to get cable from that dish to your tv.
The only other thing I can think of is if you ask the entire apartment block if they all want to get Pay Tv and have a community installation ( known as M.A.T.V system ) - this will allow a dish to be installed on the roof top and allow all apartments the choice of Pay Tv.
