Is a chimney the best place to have Direct TV dish mounted?

I would like to hear from people that have satellite dishes. I would like to know where the best place is to mount them. I do have a clear unobstructed view of the southern sky. Anyone had any problems with any particular kind of placements of a satellite dish? My house has a chimney. Thanks for your time.|||The problem would be if you live where you get a lot of snow. You wouldn't want to go on a snow covered roof to fix anything up there. I've also heard that some installers won't go on the roof if it is a 2-story home.
